Easiest party I've had for my kids. Workers were attentive. Overall great experience.

The staff was amazing. The kids had a great time. I do not like you dictating how long my comments need to be.

Birthday party was well organized and hostesses were knowledgeable and friendly. Both the kids and adults had a really fun and safe time.

The staff were all friendly. Everything was well organized! And I really liked that they call ahead of time to make sure everything is all set and ready to go for the party!

I have already recommend Sky Zone based on the whole experience. I hate parties that are on time limits and I didn't feel stressed at this party. From booking to checking out, everyone was very helpful and informative. We all thought our hostess was exceptional!

Morgan was an excellent hostess for our party. She was wonderful with the children and very organized, professional and friendly.

I have thrown two parties there. I’ve been happy with both for the most. But unhappy with a few issues. We did have an issue with some other child and aggressiveness and racism. But you handled it well. My Biggest issue was... trying to book the party. I called for 4 days. And was always directed to a main line for all Sky zones. And no return call until I finally got through. This delayed my invitations for the party. I was very irritated. And caused for less party invites to come. And we should be able to book a party directly with the actual sight we would like to go to. Would I come to just visit for a day... maybe or maybe not. Will I book party again, probably not! I want to speak to the actual place I am attending personally.

Very good service, everyone was helpful, it was my first time there and they answered all my questions and treated me and my party kids very well, all in all a great experience!
