I was very pleased with how smooth my twins third birthday party went. I believe her name was Madison, was amazing with setting up the party and attending to everyone needs. She was very attentive and made sure I was completely satisfied with how everything was running. She even offered to help load my car at the end of the party. Madison made this experience a breeze especially when dealing with ten toddlers. I would highly recommend Sky Zone to anyone looking to plan a toddler party!

Unfortunately I didn’t get our helpers name, but she was outstanding. One of our guests fell and got a rug burn, she was right on it and had someone get her ice and the joked with her to get the little one forget about her sore and get back out there. She was on top of the party room, setting up, handing things out and cutting the cake. And it was great not having to clean up afterwards. It is super expensive, but this is my son’s last bday party we are planning for awhile so we spent more than we normally would.

Good service by the staff. The kids enjoyed themselves.

Easy booking the Birthday Party, Our Host Kenzie did a fantastic job, Well organized just wish had more Party Room Time.

It was a little more crowded than I expected. I was a little uncomfortable with the no mask required rule.

With COVID still a risk, I was surprised that there wasn’t a limit of people inside the park. I felt a little rushed once we got to the party room. I wish there was more of a birthday experience. For example truly designating the area for the birthday party even if it’s just for 30 minutes.

This skyzone does not enforce people to wear masks. There were grown men who you know don’t practice social distancing in our faces without masks on! It was ridiculously unsafe. I knew masks weren’t going to be enforced I wouldn’t have booked our party here! These people are the reason we have a pandemic!
