We would recommend that you update your food options to include (gluten free) and update your video games or get new ones to accommodate all ages.

Everything was good as far as the kids enjoying theirselfs,but personally I think the rates are way too high.

I have absolutely no complaints, everyone and everything went extremely well....

Over all it was a great experience. They told us to fill out waivers in advance but then we had to redo them. A little longer in the party room would be great. They messed up are pizza order but was super great at fixing it. The pizza is definitely not worth the price it taste awful. They for got the kids goodys but was vwry attentive to fix it. Everyone was very helpful and nice. We would probably have a party here again but would eat else where.

The online reservation needs to offer all options for birthday parties.

I had a range of ages attend my daughter’s party (2-9). I think for the cost of the party we could have used our own space for everyone to jump together, specifically because one of the dodgeball courts was closed. It was hard to keep the smaller kids in the toddler zone while they watched the big kids the knew jump in the bigger area because they didn’t understand why they couldn’t be out there too for safety reasons.

I feel like for the price I paid we should have gotten more for that cost. I also felt rushed.

The expensive pizza tasted like cardboard. Unfortunately, it is 35 minutes from my house.

Very expensive, and unfortunately I had to pay for the party package for 10 guests even though we only had 6. When one of the boys lost his cell phone in the foam pit, the workers basically told us we were welcome to look, or he could come back in a month when the foam was cleaned. Our party room was super hot because we were the first ones to use it that day and the blinds had been left open.

The reception was good, the cleanliness was good, but the pizza was awful maybe they forget to put the cheese! Otherwise the event was fine.
