I believe you should get an hour in the party room. It gives the kids a chance to open gifts for everyone to see who brought them.

It’s very pricey and when you get to the party room you only get 40 mins which I felt was very rushed!

The mentor we initially had was wonderful Morgan. The female that checked me out was disrespectful to the mentor and I was taken back by this. Her long grey fingernails were also off putting. I am unsure why Morgan was not allowed to finish what she started and I was stuck with this stuck up female that took over.

Booked a party with a large age range. Asked for no dodge ball and for the kids to just jump. Didn’t realize this meant I was charged for an extra 30 min - per jumper! Called, they took it off and day of party it was added on. Way to expensive when kids only get to jump for an hour. The pizza hardly had any cheese or sauce! Literally nearly none. Redic. Nearly $500 for 2 hours total and we were rushed out of the party rooms as the next attendant was already wheeling her gifts in!

The wait times didn't allow the kids to jump very much during the hour. For paying such a large amount of money for the party, the majority of the time should have been spent jumping instead of waiting to jump. I'd suggest limiting the number of jumpers to avoid the long wait times. It also would have been helpful to have all 3 dodge ball courts open instead of just 2.

As a birthday party Need more than one Host I think in 40 minutes is not enough time to eat all tthe cake, pizza and appetizer but the the me for jump is was ok.

The pizza supplied for the birthday party was not good at all. This is the second party we have had this year and the pizza was not good either time. For the money spent, I would think the food would be better. The time in the party room is very rushed. 40 minutes is not a lot of time to eat and spend for "birthday time". Staff and facility are great!
