-It was very expensive to take the group of kids. The kids had a great time, staff were attentive, but given the ages of the kids (6-7) I needed to do a lot of watching and making sure everyone was ok. We found the cost of the cake and the lack of coffee included for the adults in attendance a problem. The cake was not very large and was basically inedible. Everything else was great, the kids had lots of fun jumping, it was clean and organized and relatively low stress.

Felt too rushed and did not have enough time in the party room.

The team members are amazing and very friendly. Sara our host was very good to all the kids and helped me so much during the birthday party, also there was another girl who booked the party for me can’t remember her name she was amazing. My only issues would be the time is way to short for the birthday rooms and the food we should be able to order whatever we want as long as it’s nuts free it shouldn’t be a problem. We should be able to order pizza from which ever pizza place we want it shouldn’t only be Dominos. 40 mins in the room is way to short for food and cake the whole stay of jump and food should be at least 2 1/2 like all other places.

Birthday party booking was not smooth, the jump time had to be fixed manually as showed incorrectly. Expected someone to lead the games for the Superhero package but kids were just escorted to the toddle court and left alone to jump. So no games were offered. The capes and masks were fun to put on before the jump began and then they interfered with jumping so all kids removed their superhero outfits. Superhero party was not really any different from the open jump party.

A bit hectic at times

Issue I had was with the pizza company not skyzone. Manager and staff were great at communicating and resolving the issue for me. The kids had a great time. I would highly recommend having a bday there agai and will be returning with the kids for future jumps!

I wish you allowed to bring your own food! For me this is very important - to have control over the food and drinks that I want to give to my guests. The pizza was so so, so in terms of food I wasn't satisfied. Everything else was great. I wish you were to offer healthier options for children and not fanta and sprite only etc.

The children had a great time running around and jumping. The food was very good, although the fruit platter could have had fresh fruit. The host was great and took care of the kids well.

Check in was too chaotic.

I want to start with the fact the place was very clean and the stuff knew what they’re doing however , there were a few issues that made this party challenging : I would know it’s going to be a huge noisy party I wouldn’t post party especially for six years old all the adults could not talk to each other everybody had to scream the hose to try to do her best but she did to people‘s job two zones were closed and we couldn’t jump there the wait time in the beginning was Very long and the kids were very impatient and I didn’t know what to tell everybody where and where to direct them.
