Each section with staff was not friendly, I can not push them to smile or friendly but with kids it looks better. But overalls service was great. When my kids was got hurting his ankle manager( I do not know her name; but she has around 12?10 years old daughter, also she has long hair) she came to my kids and prepared ice pack? Tried to make kids calm down and etc. I appreciate it! Thank you

My only issue with my experience with skyzone was some of the food. I ordered a sandwuich platter and i found the bread was stale. Everything else was wonderful, the hostess was great and overall experience was great. We were extremely disappointed with the sandwiches thankfully we had enough pizza to eat. I will probably never host another party there just do to the fact that i can't bring my own food and would never waste my money on those sandwiches again.

I planned a birthday party for my little brother with his friends. We estimated 15 kids for the party but only 11 showed up. At first, I was charged $450 for 15 kids, and after about 30 minutes and 3 different staff members, we all realized that I overpaid $120. I got the balance adjustment and my issue has been resolved. Please make sure staff is aware of the correct pricing, otherwise my mom could have walked away with $120 spent on nothing. Thank you!

Far too crowded. Too much time in the party room and not enough jump time (especially with such large crowds). No need for more then 30 minutes in party room. Kids get too wild with that much time.

When entering the building the floors were really dirty. The washrooms are not well maintained, time for a Reno. The 40 minutes for food and cake is not sufficient, it should be 1 hour as it is in most places, we felt rushed.

The bithday cake taste was bad, kids did not like.
