When I arrived the "team member" in charge of ordering the food had pushed back the time of delivery for the food since all of my guest had not arrived. I threw a birthday party for my 3 year old "only child" and whatever guests did not arrive that was their lost. The guest that arrived on time to the 10:30 am check in should be able to eat on time as I had scheduled not wait for other people to arrive. It was not the SkyZone Team Members decision to push back the eat time of my guests, but he made that decision anyway and I had to ask him to call back the food delivery to be delivered as soon as possible. My guests who were on time left without eating, and that was an embarrassment to me. I was displeased because the time my party should have been in the party room apparently got pushed back as well. It was truly a learning experience. Very interesting story to my friends and co-workers.

The party room was late, and pizza. Need more party rooms.
