Too expensive, didn’t get the party room that is more private and don’t like the fact we can’t bring in our own platters.

With the supreme party package that I hosted, I was asked/suggested gratuity for the ‘party pro’. This was unexpected as the service was included in the package especially when the cost of the party was already quite expensive. The person who settled the bill with me made me feel obligated to provide a gratuity and I ended up giving a 20% ‘tip’ due to pressure. For our party, we only had 15 children and they were self sufficient. The party pro wasn’t always there to refill their drinks. If there is an expectation of gratuity, it should be transparent up front and not having it mentioned when the bill is being paid thus making the customer feel obligated.

I feel the party part very rushed and the room was not very clean. Also during the jumping time the kids should have access to getting water in an area.

The amount of time at the party room felt too short. We felt rushed and wished having more time there to enjoy the party. At least 15-20min of extra time would be nice. Maybe make that as an option so people can have longer hang out time after the jump.

You guys don’t let get any outside food . Even coffe. Yesterday the coffee machine was broken and I had to run outside to get some doffed for my guesses.

The amount of time waiting for party to begin with kids was challenging. You should play games or something with them since you required everyone be there half hour before the party started. The amount i paid for the party and quality of food was disappointing. It also felt super rushed and i didnt like it.

There is always room for improvement.

Time in the party rooms is short and as per high volumes of events or lack of spaces, people is requested to step out of the rooms quick.

during my party time. Chips were missing on the table and I had to remind them to bring 2 bowls. Also, I gave party balloon for my daughter décor and it was forgot as well. In the middle of the party I had to remind them where is balloon for my daughter.
