The website implied that each party guest would receive a $5 arcade card. A representative was suppose to follow up with me prior to the birthday party but never did. I had to call as a follow up.

The food options for party could be better. Wing and tender platters should be an option not just available for add on. The pizza quality is not good. Also, cleanliness in front of building and down by bleachers should be better maintained .

We enjoyed the experience. Our party host was really nice and very efficient. The facility was very clean and accommodating. The manager was also very nice and extremely helpful as well.

There was an ant in the lemonade. It wasn't a big deal because that pitcher was not used. Since nobody asked for more lemonade, I didn't bother bringing the ant to the server's attention.

I didn't like that the attendees for my daughter's birthday party had to pay gor extra time to jump after the party was over. I also didn't like how myself, the mom of the birthday girl had to pay to jump.

The price for the overall event could have been cheaper for the services I received.

The party rooms don't have music for the kids, the host forgot our arcade cards, and cups of ice water for the kids should be available for free even after the party room isn't in use anymore.

Game zone not open upon arrival while waiting on jump time. Nothing else really but nothing highly impressive. Good time for young kids.

Air in party room was not blowing cold. No elevator so had To carry my daughter stroller upstairs.

They didn’t explain extra jump time/ for the extra tickets from Birthday party. We had two that didn’t show. All kids were supposed to be able to jump at the end. It’s what I was told over the phone.
