just the confusion over 2 Mickenzy's turning 7 and celebrating on the same day. If the staff had of asked the last name of the 2 little girls. the confusion could have been avoided.

Checking in Wes’s was hectic, several children that had been to the park on several occasions where missing the waiver and it had to be redone. Also, the party check in process could be a lot better.

The staff/host, Bianca, was extremely accommodating to all my requests and needs. Communication was established as soon as I entered the facility until I exited. If she didn’t have an answer for me then she immediately found someone who did. She seemed happy to help and to be at work.

It was very overcrowded in the area for the smaller children. The worker never addressed the rough, out of control children who seemed to be unsupervised by any adults.
