Prior to the visit, I received several follow-up calls, to make sure everything was right. I also liked that the team members explained to us about the rules, and how everything will flow. Thirdly, our party team member was always on point and available to assist us.

The ease of booking the party. My party host was extremely helpful and polite. The experience for the children was very good as they had an awesome time!

The hostess was involved, very helpful and knowledgeable. The place was clean, in addition to the restrooms. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

My daughter really enjoyed her birthday party at Sky Zone. Everything was on point from the check in to the party room. Our party host was great as well.

I was satisfied because it was easy to book, the staff and party hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was hassle free and smooth as possible, and that my very large party had fun and was VERY HAPPY!!! Plus everything I needed was included in my party package, this place thinks of everything!!! My daughter, her friends, and our family was very excited, happy, and pleased with the park, service and staff!!!! It couldn't have been any better!!!

Please make sure grown people is not playing dodgeballs with kids as a man hit my daughter in the face so hard her glasses came off
