It was so easy. The venue for the age of the kids at the party (12 yr old) was perfect. The staff (Jamie) were super nice and helpful

Booking the party was super simple. Adding surprise guest day of party was easily accommodated including having extra goody bags & food! Our host was fantastic, I think his name was Howard.

Allie our party assistant was amazing. Prior to the party it was difficult mainly due to the original time I booked not being available. Keith the manager was amazing and resolved this quickly.

My party coordinator was superb. He greeted by daughter, birthday girl, at the beginning of the party, he made feel special on her special day. He was courteous and very efficient in his responsibility. He took us from one jump zone to another on time. He set up the party room very well. He was gentle to all our guests and was extremely helpful in serving them food. He ensured pizzas served were hot. He ended the party with greeting goodbye to my daughter. We were extremely happy with him. He led the 3pm party on 5/5 for the Jain family.
