Ease of booking the birthday party, the help during jump time and in party room, the pizza, and delivering of stuff to the car at the end. The only thing that was not good was the chicken strips. Those were cold and tasteless.

My trip coordinator for the Darien YMCA said that this trip was the most organized they've had. We attend multiple times a year. Staff seemed well informed, organized and the kids had a great time. Thank you!
