Not satisfied that you can’t pay with a check!! I like to make all of my large purchases using check.

check-in for bday party is terrible b/c: 1) too noisy, 2) too dark, 3) i had to give names of attendees so they could look up waivers... should be auto, 4) incomplete handling... 1st they got socks then kids had to come again to counter to get a bracelet. In general, very stressful and very hectic ... it should be much easier...

I had almost 100 kids in my party. We were supposed to have the “lounge area” for our food & drinks. They ended up giving us the birthday party room last minute and all the kids could not fit into the room. Lines were too long to get food & drinks and half of them didn’t wait so didn’t end up eating. They only offered the kids water and I choose sprite, lemonade & punch as my free drinks. They did not have enough cups for my group. When the kids politely asked for more cups, the women in the room was very rude and didn’t bring any more out.

Jonathan was the absolute best party host ever. You guys don’t deserve him. Hanna was a great help switching our party room for our disabled guests to the first floor. I appreciate them ! Pizza was the worse thing To look at. Very burnt and not tasty at all. Maybe you shouldn’t use frozen dough. But I get it. Thanks

When you pay $500 for a birthday party, the Sky Zone employee should be super communicative and available - and not take off for 30 minutes near the end & be nowhere to be found - and then I find him in the "birthday room" finalizing set up - and yet, they were just cleaning up from a previous party?! It just didn't feel very smooth at the end. I get that 12 little girls are a LOT but there really should be 2 team members per birthday party or at least another one checking in to see how everything is going. I also strongly suggest cutting pizza in half - instead of pointing out that we "might not have enough", having glasses pre-poured with lemonade for easier set up AND having water available halfway through.

Regardless of whether or not a child has brought a pair of bounce socks - all children should get another pair at checkin- per the party details. Also I was charged for 2 extra children and I am not sure why. I have looked at my pictures and head count. i assume I paid for a sibling that was not invited and was not informed until checkout time.
