The Orland Park, IL location had just updated their system so my birthday party was listed at the wrong time, but it worked out because no one was in our party room after us. If there had been a party after us, this would obviously have been a big issue. But the staff handled it well, and it went fine. I also received a call about 4 days AFTER our event with someone asking when we were arriving for our birthday party, which was concerning. Hoping you all work through those system issues soon....

The staff member at check in did not seem at all knowledgeable of what she was doing. Also I feel like for the price of the party the children should get longer jump times.

It was my first time coming to the skyzone location and I was told what time jumping would start but didnt know I had to go on my own. I thought my host was going to tell me when it was ok for my party to start jumping. Also, had I not gone to the desk to see how many jumpers I had, I wouldn't have known that I over paid. The hostess said "good thing you came to.check because we owe you money". So had I not checked, my money wouldn't have been refunded? Also, the party room was extremely warm. When I asked to turn down the heat, I was told to just open the doors to the room. Isn't the point of having the room is to have some privacy while eating and singing? Other than that, the party went ok.

Party check was very confusing and disorganized. There should be a 15 minute window for check ins so that parties can start on time. There were check ins 30 min early being checked in before parties already starting.

Had 5 or 6 smaller kids under the age of 2 and they were charged the same price as the big kids and not much for them to do

Many areas of the ninja course were closed. We paid a TON of money for a bday party yet the kids weren’t able to get to everything g they wanted because it was too crowded or things were closed. Way too expensive for an overcrowded session.

The check in could have went a bit smoother. The children had a private jump but after they checked in they ran off. If possible a team member should have given instructions after check in.

It was a little chaotic first getting there. There were two altercations taking place around children that was unnecessary. The experience wasn’t bad just could’ve been better.
