The birthday party staff checked in often to make sure our experience was going well. When I needed to adjust a time for our food to be ready they responded quickly to accommodate my request. I was impressed that clean up was a breeze!

The staff member who assisted us in the party room was not only very attentive, she was pleasant and made us feel important. She in fact made the experience better because of her professionalism and wonderful attitude and attention to detail.

Alexia did a great job to keep us informed on how things would go. She made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time

Our kids really enjoyed the place. Our party host was extremely nice and well mannered. I hope he continues to hold his position there as he was an awesome host.

The party attendant was so amazing and made the the party so much easier to enjoy. She was so kind and attentive to our needs.

Everyone was very helpful with our party. We were very happy with the experience. My daughter asked to go back the next day in lieu of picking out a birthday present from the store. I think she would go every day if she could.

The day of the birthday party was great. We had a hosted party and the host was amazing. Prior to the birthday party the service was terrible. We didn't get any E-invites/confirmation emails etc until I went to Sky Zone two days prior to confirm myself. I was disappointed since it indicated on the site that someone would call to check in, we would get invites, a confirmation email to make sure our birthday was reserved etc. and we paid a good amount of money to have a birthday at SkyZone and none of that happened until I personally went to SkyZone and talked to an employee on my own two days prior to the party.

The blonde girl whi assisted us was amazing. She was a mover and pleasant too.

Had a birthday party here, the staff was amazing, the place is exceptionally clean & the kids had a great time. I definitely recommend Sky Zone for your kiddos birthday party.
