Everything was set up and ready when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were checked on throughout the party.

My boys love sky zone- that’s a no brainer! I also love that I only had to bring the cake and candles and everything else is taken care of. The party assistants have always been wonderful.

The ease of planning was great. There was something for everyone, which everyone had a blast jumping and playing. The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and understanding.

Our Host was very efficient and pleasant. He was very accommodating and checking if we needed anything and if everything was going ok. Everything went as planned and on time. Everyone was very friendly.

My daughter's party was amazing, our party host James was fantastic, he was very attentive and friendly.

Very easy to set up a party. All staff did a great job getting us checked in, and the 2 staff members who helped with our party did amazing. Very polite, did an awesome job making sure everyone got food and drinks, and also offered extra plates, candles and a knife for our cake. It was nice to be able to enjoy my sons party rather than me running my tail off.

Birthday party experience was great! My only recommendation would be to include the party room for both hours of the birthday party, that way kids could have a “home base” and drinks available.
