My one and only complaint was that the “party room” was out in the open right next to the high jump bungee. Not sure if that was covid related.. looked like the party rooms weren’t being used at the time, so maybe that’s why. It was just very loud and hard to hear anybody, and not private at all.

It’s a great place for birthday parties that hosts all ages well. Worry free for parents because of all the workers watching the jumpers. Something. For everyone

Staff was extremely polite and helpful!

I did not feel like communication prior to our party was good at all. I did not receive any confirmation of the party. I was not told how things would go the day of the party so I felt unprepared. I did not know when or how long the kids would jump and when we were suppose to go to the party room.

We were mainly satisfied we did have a few issues with waivers during the check in process. The staff member was new so did not know where to look for the waivers just recently completed. Another staff member did come to help.

The manager was rude. Then we had to stand at the party check in, i finally had to find someone my self to check us it. while some were standing around staring at us over at the party check in counter. I had to ask for my son's tshirt and passes as part of the birthday party. They were really busy, but seemed extremely disorganized.

I had booked a scheduled birthday party from 1-3p. The check in was unorganized and staff seemed rushed and annoyed. We didn’t get to start jumping til 1:30 even tho ticket said 1p because staff didn’t get us the stickers. Kids were anxious and tired of waiting. Too much $ paid to not get full time allowed.

Check in took forever, despite everyone having signed their waivers previously. Microphone was broken so our host couldn’t call us back. We ended up getting less than 30 minutes in party room. Soda machines weren’t working properly so we did not get our choice of pop… No big deal, but if you aren’t getting what you paid a lot of money for, then you should get some money back which we didn’t.
