Our host was outstanding. Audrey engages with the children in the party and was very professional and attentive. She made the birthday excellent.

The birthday party experience was fun except I don’t feel like 40 min is enough time in the party room. It should be 1 hour of time allowed on the party room. Eating and presents takes time and we felt rushed!!!

Everyone had waivers filled out and present at 10 like asked. Kids had to wait until 10:25 to jump. Lots of waiting around, lack of guidance.

Party was very unorganized. The young host team member was beyond helpful and amazing but management was not. Management checkin in kids who were not present and kept interrupting the host. Rules of the court were not provided, party room utilization needs significant improvement in order to have enough time for a party. Staff members on the court were courteous and assisted with children with disabilities as well. MANAGEMENT and disorganization are my big complaints and I would love to provide this feedback locally.
