Our host was great she did a very good job with our party. After the party I talked to a a manager and she was kind of rude I believe mostly because she was busy and acted like I was bothering her while she was busy!

I hosted a birthday party for 8 kids but had adults that wanted to join the party as a jumper. I think there should be an option for me to pay for my 8 guests, then allow the add-ons to pay for themselves as part of the party, not just an open jumper.

The length of time in the party room. I would much rather have an hour in the party room and maybe 40 minutes to jump. I felt very rushed out to the point we had barely enough time to open gifts. We had about 10 minutes to set up, so note to self no need to bring party theme stuff. They were already running behind when it came to my party and then just kept backing up from there. Honestly, you might want to space/plan parties out differently and not schedule 30 minutes apart. I'm not sure if this is something that is solvable. If we didn't have people helping clean up there was no way your staff was going to be able to turnnover the room.

I think if a person has been to sky zone with in the same year they shouldn’t have to sign a waiver every time they come in.

We were highly satisfied with our party. The only suggestion I have is to do the game if laser tag before the party room.

I understand it is high activity but the smell of sweat and muskiness was a little more than I liked. I think certain areas need more than one person to watch them as I noticed a lot of kids not supervised by their parents were cutting in line.
