Not enough time in party room. Felt rushed. Party room attendant was not attentive and was barely even present. Had to find plates for cake myself. Only one of my drink pitchers was ready when needed and guests were almost done before getting the drink they wanted. Extra drink pitcher ordered took to long to arrive as well. Felt very pressed for time to get through eating lunch, cake and gifts. Should be at least an hour....and the food was not ready right away so this cut into an already tight schedule.

We did not receive the free passes that were supposed to be included in the birthday party package.
