The General Manager was very friendly and addressed all issues.

My son and and his friends absolutely loved EVERYTHING. As a parent I was loved having the ability to walk around the entire park to check on the kids in the different areas. In addition I like the bleacher set up where adults can mingle while waiting for a party to start.

My sons love every area at SkyZone and we all love that it is usually not too crowded. The layout is spread out perfectly with lots of options for jumpers.

The overall customer service was great, the staff knew what they was doing. And my party planner helper was great. Glad she was there to help me out. I hope I get her the next time I have a party.

Party was easy to book and invite guests. Party host (Tay) was very helpful and nice. Pizza was very good. Easy party to host and set up and clean up.

Everyone was friendly, well mannered, respectful and made sure my children and their friends and parents were comfortable and enjoyed their experience. They even played with us if time was allowed.
