Prior to the day of the party, we needed to upgrade our party package. We called the day before and the manager who took our call was extremely friendly and helpful. At the party, Queen and Cortez were incredibly good with the kids. Great team all the way around.

Love the place...they have many areas to play in. The kids don’t have to be kept together. We just loved it!

Overall it was a lot to do and everyone that came to the party was involved and enjoyed themselves even though it was pack it was more than enough room for everyone to move around...

The team memebers were great......the length of time for the jump and the party room was sufficient enough. I would highly recommend Sky zone to anyone!

We were extremely satisfied with our visit because we were celebrating our sons birthday and everyone involved were extremely nice. The person handling the party in the party room was very nice and friendly. The facility was nice and clean and inviting.

The kids loved all the play areas. Friendly staff! Clean party room!

No one told us where our party room would be so the party stood there waiting for someone to let us know something. The place was overcrowded and there was no area monitored for smaller children. The floors were dirty and had socks and trash everywhere. The pizza was over 15 minutes late for the party. The attendant was available for maybe 5 minutes the entire time we were in the party room and 2 minutes afterward.

Not enough adults employed to oversee the teen employees. The workers should wear joggers instead of tights. There could be better organization in the party area.

Need to hire more respectful ppl

The first time I called a team member picked up the phone and there was a lot of laugher. I said hello numerous times and no one ever answered me so I hung up and called back there was still laugher and I asked if it was Sky Zone and the team member said yes. I told them I wanted to book a party and the person was still laughing and then someone in the background asked if I was calling to book a party she said yes. The person on the phone was still laughing. The other person came to the phone was eating the whole time she was booking my party and it took her numerous time to get my name right. It took almost 20 minutes to book the party. I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service I was provided. I would have cancelled the party but my son wanted to go there for his 18th birthday. Your team need more training on customer service.
