I like how you have a party host assigned to your party and they get everything set up and ready for you. Since our party was during Toddler Time so we understood why some areas were closed but there was still more than enough equipment for the kids to play on. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tyler, the team member helping us in our party room was great! Very kind and helpful, went above and beyond!

I am extremely pleased with the customer service we received from our party helper. I forget her name, but she has long blond hair and is super sweet! She went over and beyond to make sure every need was met. I was able to relax and enjoy my 5 year old’s party thanks to her. I was not in the play area at all during the party, but my husband did encounter a couple safety issues while the kids were playing. He felt the staff was not enforcing the safety rules and had a couple close calls with big kids flipping around our party goers and son (3 years old).

It is Easy to schedule a skyzone party. When we are there, everything is taken care of. The kids love to jump!

The ease of having a birthday party here was great! No clean up and the structure was nice. Do wish there was a little more jump time though. The party room wasn’t clean when we showed up so we had to wait to get in the room to decorate.

Very easy to book a party. Skyzone was easy to get a hold of and communicate with prior to party. Only complaint is that I had emailed the a list of guests as requested prior to the party and we still had to stand in line while they pulled each waiver individually. I would have thought they would have pulled them up prior to our arrival. Otherwise we were very pleased and they kids had a great time!

We booked a birthday party for our daughter. Our birthday attendant, Caden, was fabulous! He was very friendly and attentive. The facility was spacious and clean. We were very happy with the whole experience.

This was our first time here at Sky Zone and you made my daughter 11th bday remarkable. She and her friends had so much fun. As a mother, I even got out there and jumped and played Dodge Ball and had so much fun. I was unaware of the hospitality they you give when doing parties. The guys were so polite and kind and helped us in anyway that they could. I truly loved this place and would highly recommend this place for a party or even just a get away for the kids to go.
