The staff was friendly and the kids had a great time

The kids had fun. The place was clean. The host did a great job. FYI. It’s not that hard to make good pizza. Your pizza is not good! Canned sauce and cheap toppings.

It was a good price, fun for kids, clean and organized. I liked the viewing walkway.

All my kids of all age groups had fun. Lots to do, just wish more jump time for the price .it should be 2hrs jump time.

Staff was great, kids in the party had a blast.

We had a large group of kids and they had the best time. We will be back soon. A lot of fun.

The floor on in the party room was very dirty. Also after jumping we only had 25 minutes in our party room to eat, have cake, open presents & get everything out. This was NOT enough time! Some parents didn’t jump with their kids & the employee was going to charge me for other adults who jumped. The manager camer over because I had a coupon & fixed it without me asking! I was really happy about that!!

Our host Lance (I believe that was his name) was absolutely AMAZING! From the time we checked in, to the room set-up, to multiple pizza additions to our food order he was SUPER attentive throughout our party. Guests commented on how good he was at his job and how hard he was working to ensure our party went smoothly. We tried to help clean and he quickly told us to stop, as he would take care of it. He did an OUTSTANDING job!

Our host was awesome! He was so helpful! Everything went smoothly and I think what we got was definitely worth what we paid. I didn't have to worry about clean up and was able to focus on the party and the children. There were several older children in the free jump area so the staff closed off a section for the smaller children in our party. Very accommodating and I will definitely be recommending Sky Zone to everyone I know! Thank you so much!!

The event coordinator was great. Very energetic and interactive. Everyone had a great time jumping.
