Staff members were friendly. They could assist with everything I needed. The place was clean and it was easy to host a party. Great job guys!

Oliver and Lilly (?) were great and little touches like having all of the gifts on a cart AND separated (we had a two child birthday party) was really considerate. My only "negatives" were that it was difficult trying to have questions asked BEFORE the party. Always having to leave messages and play phone tag. It was also REALLY busy which they couldn't do a ton about. When the kdis could jump wasn't too clear but I think they had a safety talk but I was not present for it. There needs to be rules for the dad's man. Some of those dads at Toddler time are out of control (and I've been there 3 times at least). They are the biggest safety problem. Climbing hight on the wall while there are little kids beneath them. Just being generally out of control. They always kinda suck.

Our party attendant was excellent. She helped us with a previous party too and she went above and beyond for both parties.

Friendly/timely assist in the party room;was not crowded our date due to a snow storm;food that kids eat.

The party was great but an hour in the party room with no party planner was not awesome. When you pay for services at other places it includes someone to run the party snd entertain the kids for the hour after the jump time. The main reason I signed up for this was to have a relaxing experience with 10 jumpers but the last hour was not relaxing.

We had Olaf come visit our birthday party and my daughter was nervous! Come to find out later, she could see the girl that was inside the costume. She is VERY shy with strangers so I believe being able to see the person made her way more nervous. I like the screen shoukd be much darker to hide the person more.

At first the employee who took my reservations over the phone booked it for the wrong day. Then after getting the correct day after speaking to I am guessing the manager, I was told everything would be fine. When arriving on the day of the party we were put in a small room with no utensils and very little napkins, but at least our host was very helpful and the kids had a great time. Next time I would rather book a party earlier in the day because it was very crowded at the time we were there, and my kids are all little.

I think for the amount you pay for a party there you should be able to jump alot longer than just one hour.

I thought the price was a little high and there were too many people considering the pandemic at this time. Fewer people should be allowed to enter the facility when there are that many in attendance.

pizza was not cooked right. Some kids from the party ended up getting sick at least 3 of the 8
