Just the wait for the party room that the party portion was going to be in. I understand having more than just one party at that time But maybe ask the customer if they would be willing to move their party time so that those that are not jumping or those that are older that were invited to a family or friends birthday have somewhere to sit

A bit high on price considering we brought so many jumpers. Check in was a bit complicated and hectic for us prefilling info already.

I wasn't highly satisfied for a few reasons. 1. I specifically requested the only bottom floor due to the birthday child's handicapped grandparent attending, I confirmed TWICE that I was infact booked there and upon arrival find another party there and set-up. This was very upsetting because trying to assist a 75year old woman with a prosthetic leg up steep steps was very difficult...I was only offered an apology at that point I was just thankful she didn't fall coming down. The 2nd was the hostess kept leaving the room and we had two pitchers of soda so every time we needed a refill we had to track her down or go get it ourselves. Third my daughter never received her 30day jump pass and I will be calling on tuesday. Fourth the microphone broke sometime during our jump time so we had to round up all the jumpers and finally check-in was a nightmare. People who filled out online waivers weren't pulling up. It took a LONG time to get everyone checked in and I'm glad I told everyone 30mins BEFORE jump time. I know the last two are pure technical and not necessarily the fault of anyone's directly but it was still an inconvenience.

I was a little disappointed that they ask you to be there early but the kids had to wait to jump. Also one of our pizzas was burnt and none of it was as fresh as I would have liked. I think they were holding it.

Way to expensive

The adults that attended the party were not happy that they had to wait for the party room to be ready. They were hoping to be able to sit inside and visit, where it was a little quieter. I also think that 2 large pizzas was not enough for 10 boys... they didn't even get 2 slices each, unless I purchased more pizza. I think for the price I paid ($272), it should have included at least 3-4 large pizzas.

The price was a little high, & the pizza did not taste very good, a lot was wasted.
