My son was very happy with his birthday party and all the kids had a good time. Our party pro, Adam, did great job! Your Ops Mgr, Tom Brooks was very helpful too throughout the process.

I spent a lot of time helping to serve food in party room and I had to step out to get the goody bags because the party team believed that platinum package did not include goody bags. Did not have time to spend time in party room with my guests

The lack of communication for the birthday party groups by the front staff. They just said "your all set" but nothing was explained. In addition, although Shaun did the best he could there needed to be more assistance for the party of 15 or more kids.

Attention to customer service is very poor, it felt like skyzone could not care less if we booked or not

I did not jump during the party, however, I felt that the entire place was too warm, especially for those jumping. The kids in our party were very hot and there is only 1 location with 2 water fountains. Also, I feel that water should be a standard offering at all parties in addition to the two beverages. Above these two minor issues, my daughter and her friends had a fabulous time! Thanks!!

We were told to arrive 1/2 hour early and then just had to sit there with antsy kids for a half hour before we could jump. Also our attendant disappeared a few time once we went to the party room and we weren’t sure what they were responsible for doing and what we were.

Sibling of guest was added without my permission and went over the count of kids I had.

I did not know we would not have the party room the whole time we booked our party.

When calling to make updates or changes to party arrangements no one answers the phone. One day I called over 10 times and no one answered any of them. I then screen shot a copy of my call log and emailed SkyZone/Hamilton. The next day a rep called me back but didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Just asked what it is I wanted to update or change.

The rock climbing area may need some refreshing, kids said that there was not much grip when climbing. Also there was a trampoline that was closed down because it was out of order.
