Expensive party. Communication at check in was lacking. Paid for 2 pizzas for adults that were never delivered. Made us bring gifts to the car early because they needed the blue buckets for another party.

We had 20 people attending my daughter’s party. As far as parties go, I would think at least 15 should be included in the price. 10 seems like a low number for party participants especially for elementary school age. Also during our party the kids were on their own until the time for dodgeball. Comparing our party to another one in which the party coordinator lead the kids to various stations for a set amount of time, I think I would have preferred to keep our participants together for the duration of the party.

It takes a lot for me to rate something highly satisfied. Everything went well except for the t-shirts that were not in the goody bags.

At entry point ,there was no one to guide us as to where to keep the shoes and jackets Its only i asked the lady at the desk ,they provided us with somebody

I loved it there, the only thing is that only one pizza was ready and there were kids waiting to eat. also, some adults didnt get any at all and i know i ordered one for parents. I loved our attendant though. She was great!

Just needed a little more organization as far as the giving the gift bags to guest. Other than that it was a smooth party.

All items which were included in party packages were not addressed properly

We had ordered party favors. They were not present. I ddid not end up paying for them but did want the guests to get "thsnk you for coming" gifts.

Our party started a bit late, despite us arriving a half an hour ahead of time as requested. The team member assigned to us was friendly and polite, but the kids weren’t given much guidance on the equipment.

Too long to get into party room Party coordinator was not on top of stuff. More interested in talking to friends that worked there.
