The process to host a birthday party from start to finish was very easy. Our host, Dillon, was attentive, very nice, and handled everything we threw at him.

The entire facility is beautiful. The attendant assisting with setting up in the party room was fantastic. She was fast and very efficient and courteous. The kids had a blast jumping. The Trampolines are in great condition. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

Sky Zone provides a variety of fun ways for our kids to enjoy physical activity. They have a lot of employees monitoring the various areas, which is important to me. Our birthday party attendant, Kyle, was helpful, friendly and professional and made us feel like valued guests.

I didn't enjoy the check in process. As a mom hosting a party for 10 11 year olds I didn't feel it was easy. Parents did fill out a form in advance of our arrival. I think if I had done so I would have felt differently. I really didn't enjoy the process of registering our 5 family members on your system. Keyboards would have significantly cut down my check in time. The staff was awesome but sparse. It was clear they were spread thin. Our room wasn't ready until an hour after we arrived. Not a big deal thanks to the seating area. My biggest complaint was the smell of the party room and the fact that my shoes stuck to the floors of the entire 2nd floor. It's just a gross feeling. Also, more napkins and washing stations would be awesome to transition from the germy jumping area to the eating area.

Super easy to plan and host a party for my daughter’s birthday. Just wish we had a little more time in the party room as we didn’t have time to open presents.

Kyle was great with our boys and his guests. Bravo! Only suggestion: the party room is an acoustically live room. There are zero soft surfaces I would encourage the adding of acoustic panels or foam on the ceiling to absorb the noise. I make this suggestion noting your target market is children who when happy, as they are at sky zone, are loud with their excitement! This would make it more enjoyable for the decision makers—the parents!

The cost of the party did not feel appropriate to what we received. It felt overpriced.
