The party coordinator was not prepared and seemed very flustered. Many things were delayed or rushed. Needs a little more preparation with party hosting- utensils, information/answers to questions. Not holding it against her; but, it'll come after she either shadows another party host a couple times or handles a smaller party a couple more times.

We were told we would be charged for the number of children who attended. We had 9 and expected to pay for the 10. We were charged for 11 kids. 11 passes were not passed out. When I booked I thought it was expensive, but doable. Every single thing was an up charge and we spent well over $100 more than we expected. Balloons (all were basic latex, no special balloons) and dollar store table cloths do not necessitate a $25 fee, especially when you are booking a birthday party. I was talked into ordering 3 pizzas, way more than needed. The kids had fun, the facility is great, your staff is excellent, but the birthday package is a racket. I’ve had birthday parties at other facilities, and alway felt the birthday packages were fair. I did not feel that at Skyzone.
