From walking in to leaving out everyone was very helpful. There needs to be a little more notice for when room is ready to gather kids. Should be able to access the party room the entire time for your party

Assa (our host) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about hosting a child’s party. We really enjoyed her help.

Our party room helper made my job as a parent hosting that much easier. He was very nice and helpful. All of the staff were very friendly. Clean atmosphere. I would just a little nervous about some of the doors being unlocked - would prefer just one main door to be locked/unlocked and for there to be more “security“ at the door. Kids were running around and hard to keep an eye on them, so would like someone to stand there to ensure no kids leaving on their own.

The kids had a great time. The facility is very nice and clean. There were several activity options for each child. The hand washing station in the party room is awesome!

Customer service was excellent. The party host was very friendly and efficient and made the experience more enjoyable. The cleanliness and safety were very good.
