Clean, multiple types of activities, oversight, positive interaction with staff

Friendly staff who uses “safety first”, there are so many choices for the kids when they are playing, clean facilities.

The birthday party experience was excellent. The staff who served as a host was very friendly and helpful. However, a few of the kids at our party overheard a few of the staff members on the sky trail use swear words in a conversation that our 8-year-old guests heard. Also, the staff helping kids on the trail did not come to assist kids clearly in distress who had gotten stuck. Other kids helped out. Other than that, the party was great and the kids had a great time!

Just an awesome birthday party experience for the kids and the parents. Our party host Maria was excellent and very friendly and attentive. I loved that the park wasn't overly crowded. The kids felt like they had the whole place to themselves.

Our party planner went out his way to help us. He offered assistance and even help my husband bring leftovers and gifts to our car.

When the party first started it was very busy and it took sometime to check in but the manager and my host made my son’s birthday experience super memorable. Thank you so much for making things run smooth even though you guys were super busy.
