Different Jim zones where not supervised by staff at all times. If you are hosting a party you should be given a different color T-shirt. You should be asked to arrive 30 minutes before the guest arrive to have time to decorate the party room

The check in for birthdays . My staff member went to help other team members check in but other (2)people designated for their row just stood around while I had kids waiting to check in. Why did my person help other rows but other rows couldn’t help me?

Check in was chaotic. Some parents checked in at the front desk, others at the waiver form computers. Not all knew to go to the party check in. Then when they went in, they didn't know where to put their shoes. So we were all over the place. Need a dedicated spot for party gathering, and putting there shoes away. We're getting our 'rules' talk right in the front of the line where it's impossible to hear and we're in the way. Then after the jumping (no issues w/ the actual activities. They were fun, clean and no problem) we get to the party room - our only issue was our shoes were down stairs - and parents didn't know where to find us. They'd ask for help and they didn't know where to go. We had to have a parent stationed downstairs to tell other parents to come up. Yall need a board w/ the names of the party rooms easily displayed or something to ease the chaos. Like I said, no issues w/ the staff or the activities. But check in needs to be improved

With online reservations you need to be able to reserve 1.5 of jump time . The check in process is absolutely horrible. Why not gather the names in advance of attendees so the person checking them in have the names and can more easily check the waivers? Our check in process took over 20 minutes and went into our jump time as 12 11 year old boys were running around anxious to get started.

I don’t like that I’m not allowed to bring my own food for the party. A lot of my guests don’t like pizza

No one contacted me in advance of party to confirm reservation; 5 minute break between my party and party before mine. Tables should be wiped down, floor mopped. Did not happen. Pizza TERRIBLE. When a group of 11 year olds don't like the pizza, did not ask for a second slice, it's clearly bad. I'm not expecting fine dining, but it was absolutely dreadful. Very pleased with jumping area. Staff friendly, but disappeared. Biggest issue is getting that party room cleared out and cleaned, and stop serving frozen pizza.

Too expensive. The party was fun, but it was substantially more than parties other places. One thing that would be helpful would be to have a loudspeaker to announce "Party for xxx! Please move to Party Room #x." Instead, I had to spend 30 minutes running around to all of the different areas to find, collect, and herd all of my party-goers to the room because 10 kids spread out across all different areas. That was fun time wasted. Also, there was a lot of information given at check-in that would have been more useful to receive in advance, so I could communicate with all parents in advance, rather than individually 10 times as they arrived in a very loud room. Things like where we would put our stuff, that shoes would be required for some activities but not others, what kind of shoes, where we would all need to go to sign in (that was particularly confusing as to who had to use a computer, or not, and who had to just go to the counter, or not). The individual check-in was confusing for all and we had frustrated, impatient kids by the time we got through it all.

Guets who arrived on time with their young children had to wait a long time before they could start jumping. A major piece of equipment the kids were looking forward to using was broken. The sink in our party room was broken. We would have preferred 15 more minutes of jumping and 15 minutes less in the party room. Thanks for asking.

The dodge ball area is just not watched well for injuries. A child was hit in the face by a grown man. I was helping the child. No less than 5 min, my child was hit in the face and got a bloody nose. Within 3 min a 3rd child hit in the face! While accidents happen, and can’t all be avoided, at some point the person pegging balls at children’s faces needs to be addressed. My party person found out and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was ok and we were ok.

Per my comment in the "problem" section, the monitor on the sky trial was inattentive to a member of our party getting stuck on the course. Further, on the free climb/foam pit area, the monitors did not guide climbers away from the kids in the foam pit, which could have caused an injury. Our party host, Briza, was amazing! She saw to it that our party was well set up and ensured that the kids all washed their hands before eating. The check-in process was a bit chaotic, but eventually all got settled out.
