I had a team member who was impatient and short with me on the phone prior to our visit. Our party host was nice but not overly helpful or knowledgeable or enthusiastic.

Our party host was late arriving to work. 20+ kids needed to be checked in and it took too long.

I would like to thank Elijah for being an awesome party host. He was engaging and very accommodating to our needs. Jessica also helped, but Elijah was our primary party host. The only concern we had was the lack of coordination/information in regards to the party room. More information should be explained about the party room and storage/lack of storage when the party is partaking in their jump time. We had some confusion about where personal items were moved from a shelf into a bin while waiting for our party room to become available. Some items were initially misplaced and picked up by other children not associated with our party since our items were moved and unsecured. We also didn't feel that 40 minutes was enough time in the party room. Fortunately we opted to only to do small snacks and cake. I felt slightly rushed but not as rushed if we opted to do pizza and cake. Overall, we considered it a successful party and would recommend/host another party there.

Still need to work out some kinks, but that is totally understandable. I think it is a great place!

my done had a birthday party. Half of the time the kids had to play was spent waiting in lines. It would be a good idea to have scheduled slots for equipment included with parties. Also a buzzer for the adult in the party to notify them if there is a problem. One child in our party got hurt and had a bloody nose. I didn’t know anything about it till we were in the party room.

I felt there was not enough staff for the number of jumpers. I had safety concerns because I didn't feel all areas were monitored to ensure the rules were being followed. The harnessed climbing had multiple jumpers in our group that were waiting for minutes to be unhooked after completing the task. Overall we enjoyed our SkyZone visit and will be back. Just hope the ratio of staff to jumpers is improved.
