The event was easy to book and the party hosts were PHENOMENAL! :)

My daughter had a great time. A few things I'd like to mention is the clearness of the intercom system used to announce where the parties should meet next. Many could understand what was said. The gathering of the kids was not very smooth - something like color coordination would help both hosts and staff identify who is with the party and who is not and if anyone is missing from the station. More of a lead party. More assistance for some kids who have trouble getting out of the foam pit.

The specific party host that we had was fantastic. Other staff throwing a ball around in the lobbying, the guy who was in charge of the Rockwall seemingly had no interest in being there, and was very noncommittal and didnt help people. Lots of staff running the individual sections looked to not want to be there and found that the place itself is generally unorganized.

Spoke to someone before event to ask if the Yonkers location was the same, with the small blocked off play for private parties, was told yes. Mount Kisco is more for bigger kids.

My experience was great, the only thing I would change would be to be allowed to set up the party room earlier, 15 minutes was not enough time to set things up how I wished, I would also recommend having water ready for the jumpers because all the kids were extremely thirsty after jumping for an hour and drinks weren't served until after the food. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Thank you.
