A little bit of chaos when arriving and cheking the kids

We had the gold package and did not receive the t-shirt for the birthday guest. Althoufh the jumpntime seemed short due to the time it took to check wavers and put socks on we didn't actually get to jump until 15 to 20 minutes after our session had started. Then my son's went to have a jump after the party room and they were told they were not allowed

Booking was smooth, we were greeted and the kids were off and jumping in a timely manner. The party host was awesome!! We would like the outside food issue to be addressed a little more clearly at the time of booking. We tried to bring in a couple bags of chips and a fruit/veggie tray but were not allowed to serve them. I had no idea these things were available for purchase through Rock n Jump, and the overall cost of the party would make me think that either these items would be available, or that we had the ability to bring them in ourselves. You supply the pizza/drinks. I get that, but I feel there should be a little more clarity and/or flexibility with other food items. Especially given certain food allergies and healthy food preferences.

The only issue was the length of time it took to check in all of the kids with one person and get their socks. We spent over 20 minutes doing this after we waited past our designated party time because the wrong name was on the sign for our coordinator and nobody came to the table area to look for us.
