For the price of the birthday party package, it could been more offered in my opinion but it was overal satisfactory.

Would have liked more time in the party room after jump time. Felt a little rushed

My son is 5 years old and special needs and the employee on the mat wasn’t allowing for extra suppose from his brother. One of the older staff member did advise her that it was ok to have him do so. We just want him to be treated like a child and be able to do all that a typical child can do.

It was extremely hot in the facility. It was a hot day and there was no air conditioning for the entire 2 and a half hours we were there. On the other hand, our party helper Lyric was awesome! She kept our kids entertained and engaged and was overall just so easy to work with.

The water bottles with treats inside WERE supposed to be the party favor for the guest kids at the party. Instead someone let them have the water bottles prior to jumping.....which were lost/left throughout the place. After pizza and cake, I had no favors to hand to the kids. I wish whoever was in charge of our party had kept the waterbottles and treats for/in the party room...so I could hand them out to kids as they left.

Concession area was super slow n food wasn’t very good. They needed more help w the # of ppl there

check in was a bit cumbersome and took quite a bit of time. It was not clear when/if we were to change activities, but the kids had a great time.
