I was satisfied with Sky Zone for the different activities , the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter and friends had a great time. I like it because you can get all in one package.

The initial booking process was difficult.

I had to call the day before my party to order the food....

There was nothing to wow me. We got what we were told (actually I thought they mention a gift T-Shirt for the party boy but did not receive it) but nothing else. I was satisfied, not highly satisfied

I booked the party and then no one ever followed up to confirm number, order pizza or cake. I called and left 2 messages the week prior. Finally I called general line and someone picked up the day before. It was too late to order a cake but she put in the pizzas. I really thought it could be a possibility we show up and there was no party booked. That was a bit ridiculous. I also think someone should stand at the entrance. Anyone could walk in take a kid and walk out.

We were given party room 4, which is surrounded only by railings on the 2nd floor. This is not the right space to put sixteen, energetic 8 year old boys. I constantly had to ensure they were not climbing or leaning over the railings. I was very concerned someone would get hurt. We should have been in one of the enclosed party rooms. Also, the ladies bathroom was very dirty. I did not go into the men’s room so I cannot comment on the state of that bathroom.

The cost of having a birthday party for 20 children is dear. And I was well aware of it prior to booking. Dinner arrived late, the children were starving and I had just told the SZ rep to cancel the pizza because the guests had to leave, when it arrived. I understand this ws completely out of their control but I believe you order pizza for parties all the time. It should be there on time.

My kids loved it, our host was nice but lacked true interaction with kids He seemed overwhelmed in the party room and clearly needed someone to help him Maybe two host would help with a lot of kids and not make parents do a lot of the work

My guests had to swallow the pizza so fast that they could not taste it well. The rush was really a disappointment.

Lack of attentiveness for the price. Person assigned was not there over half the time. Thought there would be a tablecloth, I would have brought one.
