I loved everything but think it's a very expensive birthday party... There should be ways to make it cheaper - like a choice of only kids allowed to jump (we had 8 extra people that made the party way too expensive)....

The price per jumper is too high, especially for not having a dedicated host who stays with the kids at the party and takes them from area to area. Would like it to be more organized where the group must stay together. The party child should be free.

I had a question prior to my son's party. Tried calling, but there was an automated message telling me that the park was closed and that I should check Facebook. Checked Facebook and there was no new info. Kept trying to call, but ended up needing to drive over to the park early to see if the park was actually closed or open. Luckily it was open, but it's pretty ridiculous that I couldn't get any information without physically driving all the way over to the park. Other than that it was a fun time.

I wish the party room we had was private. The party in the other half was really loud and we had a lot of kids from other parties running through our room.

The food was not what i expected..pizza were too expensive..and the timing for the kids that was set for the kids to start their activities

My daughter was injured within the first 10 minutes of her party. Staff did little to nothing to address it or make accommodations for her.

I wasn’t highly satisfied doesn’t mean I didn’t have a good experience. Staff was easy to work with just overall maybe a little more coordination. The food wasn’t as warm as it should be. But what kid doesn’t eat pizza hot or cold lol. For the price i paid if 6 pitchers of drinks are offered not sure why two have to be water. But these are minor things. The staff works hard under the conditions.

Overall we had a good time. However, the place was cery crowed and kids had to wait in lines to use some equipment. In addition, the stuff was not very welcoming and didn’t do anything to entertain the party. They appeared overwhelmed or disinterested. On courts rules were not reinforced. But overall they did well informing me of the next activity and helping with food in the party room.

I feel that there should have been two staff members in the party room. It is too much to do in just 40 minutes. I had to help the staff, not too good. I wanted to enjoy and sit down, instead I felt we would run out of time if I did not help the staff.
