It was a last minute booking and definitely saved my sons bday party that got rained out. Erin our host was excellent and everyone had a great time!

Davy our birthday manager changed our experience from just o.k. to exceptional. Your staff does not return phone calls in a timely manner and your policy of not allowing a downgrade from gold to silver once booked needs to be re-examined.

Great acomadating employees

I would recommend Rockin Jump to my friend and family because of the different activities this location provides. I was very satisfied with my assistant that day. All of the employees were also very helpful. The food was good as well. It was overall a good experience.

Host was friendly and attentive. Location clean and small enough to know kids were safe in building. Good service all around. Food great!
