We were extremely pleased by our Party help, Kyle. He did an excellent job helping us with everything and letting our group just enjoy our time there!!

We were able to check in with ease and on time. The party room was clean and ready. All attractions didn't have a long wait! The only problem I had was that I was charged for my toddler who is 2 and a few members didn't know an answer to anything I was asking but eventually found a manager who helped me. Overall, my daughter said she had. A great birthday party!

Well my child really enjoyed himself. Peyton assisted our family during our party time and he did an awesome job. Very accommodating!

Our party host was awesome. She was very helpful and efficient and very friendly. The monitors on the jumping zones were friendly as well. Also we stayed for the glow party and my kids enjoyed getting their faces painted.

I did not realize we would have a personal staff member during the party. She was excellent!

The staff was friendly. The kids had a blast. There was a variety of things to do at the park. The pizza was tasty

Our hostess was great. She kept kids entertained during their time in the party room. And the parents didn’t have to do anything. The courts weren’t crowded so the kids were able to play freely and we didn’t have to worry about them getting hurt.

The best birthday party at a location we have had. Staff was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
