The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay. The amount of options for kids 4 and underbid very small. The pretzel in the concession stand was smaller than expected

My party room was suppose to be available till 645. The next party host came in and started sitting up at 630. We still had shoes and quest in room.

It is advertised that the party host takes care of serving, etc. This is the second party we have had and there needs to be more than one host/hostess. It is impossible to serve drinks, pizza, and prepare serve cake alone with several kids....

The wait for the party room was crazy. I think if you book a party you should have access to party room for 1hr after their jump time

Wish we could of had the room for the entire birthday party time. Check in for guests was somewhat confusing, and not clear. Extremely busy with not enough staff at check in.

I was very satisfied with the party and the kids has a great time. Highly satisfied is a rating I only give out once in a while:)
