Think it is overpriced per jumper to jump there an hour. How much the host/hostess does as far as serving the pizza ,etc was a bit unclear.

The check in process is slow. This is no fault of the team member but some of this can be handled before hand (roster or something). The team members that monitor the stations are literally indifferent to what is going on in the park. They aren't paying any attention......AT ALL. My only other suggestion is that jump time on birthday parties be extended with party room time decreased.
