This place is amazing! My family LOVED our experience at this place. It was a rainy day in Clearwater and sky zone was perfect. We even met the gm who is a gem......! Will be back!

The facility was clean and maintained there was no damaged or broken items. The staff was extremely friendly, however one staff member stood out above. Naya Hill she was hard-working friendly knowledgeable selfless incredible. I've worked in customer service off and on for over 20 years I've learned a lot in my time in dealing with others. And even without the kind of experience that I have Miss Naya Hill her customer service far surpassed even the most seasoned of customer service professionals. I watched her put her physical self at risk to break up a fight and then afterward she comforted the woman whose child was involved more so than what she was even able to be comforted by her own friends. Miss nya is a blessing and the management that put her in place is smart to have done so.my communication with the management of this facility was kind and knowledgeable friendly and open to help. Thank you so much to this particular sky zone team I will come back to this location again and again and again.

This was our first time at SkyZone and it was great! Clean trampolines and play areas. The party room was a good size and over-looked everything. The pizza was good. The party planner was very nice and made sure we were taken care of.

Everything ran smoothly, they helped my guest as they came. Very friendly staff. Room host made sure we stayed stocked on drinks. And kept communication with me during our party.

Great place for a hassle free birthday party 🥳 My kids had a blast the staff were awesome 😎

The entire park was extremely clean. Every single employee was SO kind and there to answer every question I had and to assist with absolutely anything I needed help with.
