Lots of areas for the kids to play in. Staff was great and attentive. Ease of having a birthday party here.

Our party host, Manny was very helpful and did a great job. The glow experience for the kids was a lot of fun. The parents enjoyed the veiw of the kids from the party room we had.

Rules stated online do not match rules and procedures inside. Gentlemen in charge of the party was barely available and very slow to help but he was sweet.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. However, I had to remind the party organizer responsible in our group regarding the children's activities because he was busy multitasking party bookings at the same time. I understand time is crucial but it would be appreciated ti be more organized in regards to time management. We pay as expected, we expect better service. It is not the organizer's fault.. IT IS MANAGEMENT'S TIME MANAGEMENT... IT IS ALSO FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN

We had a great experience overall. Our party guest enjoyed themselves. The food was good. Price was a little high and a team member made us feel like we HAD to tip on our card, even though we had every intention of tipping in cash.

The price I paid almost $300 when the party was over and it said that it was supposed to be won something but it's okay
