We waited forever for our party room to become available Once in, our time was cut short in the room so we were told we could stay until 730 pm since there wasn’t another party after We never saw our party coordinator throughout the entire party. The girl at the front desk checked a few times and brought 2 refills on drinks Pizza was delivered to the room and our party was never called to come eat By the time I noticed guesses said pizza had been sitting for 10-15 min. So party guests had cold pizza. 2 teenage girls got into a fight around my guests. Young adults/ teenagers were in charge to manage a crowded facility

That is s valid question. I dont have anything specific to mentioned, I guess you could say I didnt have that "wow" feeling over every aspect. Also, the bathroom is very dimly lit, a little messy and there is no foot handle to open the door and no automatic soap dispenser. I guess you could say I've been a little over stressed about hygiene since Covid-19.

We were told our guests could not have access to our party room until the jump time was over therefore everyone had to purchase drinks for their thirsty children. For the crazy price we paid, drinks during the jump time should have been available and parents should have been able to sit in the party room. This was very disappointing. Also, after the amount of money we paid for a party, some free jump passes would have been nice. Your local competitors give free jump passes to the birthday child after a party and make drinks available during the jump time. Facilities and staff were very nice but i'm not sure i would do another birthday party.

My son’s birthday party room was not decorated at all with the items I brought, not were the balloons there that we paid for. My husband and I didn’t even get to sit down, as we were cutting the pizzas and distributing everything. We were under the impression that was taken care of by the host. We didn’t even have time to have a picture with our son. Very unorganized and for the price we paid, that part was very disappointing.

The birthday party package was too expensive for what was offered. Compared to similar parks, this was a poor birthday party experience. Only having the room for 45 minutes, not having a space for parents to hang out. The way you have it set up makes it difficult to greet guests as they arrive. No one gave me an invoice to settle up before I left or gave me any information about the checkout process.

I had a party of 20 kids, checkin was Disorganized and there was a delay with party room. Children complained about sweaty ninja course and climbing wall.

A 4 year old broke her leg because a teenager fell on her in the open jump area. Should have had separate d areas for young and older

You need to have more than one check in line for birthday parties. You should look into assigning one person responsible for the party and have an iPad for easier check in. Also in party room number 5 the first table next to the sit down counter needs to be repaired or replaced. It was like that last year it's really not safe. Also not happy that my $50.00 discount wasn't taken off and I had to call for a refund which they wouldn't put back to my cc unless I actually came in so they're suppose to be mailing me a check. Also disappointed you removed where the birthday kid or kids no longer get a pass to jump for free for the rest of the year, especially for the $500.00 party.

Our party host just seemed stressed out and it showed. Also should be easier to get to the party rooms with a stroller. The wheelchair lift was difficult to operate

I had my son’s birthday party here. The gurl assigned to help us was very inexperienced, did not get the enough cups, silverware, plates and she had to keep running mid way through cutting the cake ( which she did not know how to cut slices) to get them. Very inefficient. Also they seated us in the room 1.5 hours after the party began. Food choices are minimal.
