We didn’t have access to the party room u til later than the time we were promised which left 30 minutes for pizza and cake. Drinks were constantly out and had to wait for refills numerous times.

The kids had a great time. Staff was helpful and very friendly. I had one issue and it was taken care of right away.

Member did not give correct information during visit of facility prior to birthday party reservation. Member did not stay with birthday child at party. Check in confusion with room reserved.

The ladoes bathroom was in deplorable condition, fevers on fixtures, etc...unsanitary.

Price is little high for a big party, should gave us a discount. Room wasn’t ready as promised bc the party before still there.

The only negative thing I would say is that the young man hosting my party seemed disinterested and couldn't wait for us to leave. I felt like he was trying to get us out of there before the scheduled time. He was pretty attentive, but he didn't crack a smile even once throughout the entire event. You could tell that he was strictly there to do and finish the job and that was it. The girl was a little happier though. I would recommend hiring happier and perkier people to host party events, especially for kids' birthdays. We're paying for a service that's not cheap, so the customer should feel welcome and comfortable throughout the duration. The play area was AWESOME though. The kids really enjoyed it.

I was highly satisfied with all equipments, the staff is slow and lazy. The party room you have to ask for everything and they did not clean up and it feelt a bit dirty to be honest. It was only that I was not satisfied with otherwise all kids had a blast....super fun!!!!

When we checked in for my daughter Rylee’s bday they did not explain the start time was when the birthday girl checked in because some kids were late so we woukd of waited till everyone got there. The other issue was we were told that after eating pizza and cake in the room that the kids could go back in jump since the party didn’t end till 1230, well at check in the lady told us different that we would have to pay an extra $5 for each child to jump when I already paid $400 for 2hrs so at 15 kids that’s an extra $75 when it should of been included.

A few of the staff gave us conflicting data - or weren't knowledgeable on prices etc. We had to wait to get the correct person to assist us. There were about 3 staff on phone and in person, that told me all different info - such as the add on prices, one said $20 each other one said $15 each for an hour, for adding on the glow jump to a party package. Then when we got there, they told us the add on was for all 4 hours, which was very nice, but each person kept saying something different lol, plus the t-shirt prices, and the food prices kept changing. We also had trouble checking out, had to wait a long time (after a bday party). But other than that, the staff were very friendly and tried their best to help us. If the staff were more knowledgeable on the rules and pricing etc, that would help improve it. :)
