Our party host Desiree was amazing. The children enjoyed themselves very much. Everyone was nice

It was VERY HOT. The children were burning up and we only had a small tower fan for air flow. Two hosts should be available for each party for over 10 kids.

When I booked the party I never got a confirmation in my email until I called rockin jump to see if everything was a go and that was 3 days later.

For the price of the party package I expected there to be some decorations provided. They did not give my son his shirt for the party. I had to ask about it to be told they did not have the size needed.
