Easy to book, easy to check in all the guests, communication with the host was good, the park is very clean, the kids had a blast!

We had a problem at the end were the host was pushy about being tipped. I called and spoke with a lady on Monday but then found out Tuesday that one of the guest from my party was hit up for a tip and that is why she and her child left early. She gave the team member a 40 dollar tip and left. I gave her her money back and am highly disappointed that he did that I thought that he just kept asking g my wife and I for a tip but to ask one of my guest is beyond imagination to me. I was gracious with my gift of 60 for the tip not knowing she had given him 40, I only know this parent from school and now feel like a Jack A** for this happening. My kids like coming up and jumping and playing and I will continue to do it but as far as parties go I will have to see.

2 hours is not long enough for a platinum party. We had over 20 kids and couldn't open up the presents (birthday kids chose to jump for 20 more minutes instead of opening). Everyone had a blast and we will likely be using this venue again for more parties.

My son and his friends had a great time. My son enjoys rockin jump, it’s cleaner than other jump places. It was an easy birthday party

An older kid was hitting kids in the face with balls in the dodgeball area. One hit my son in the face after ricocheting off another kid. The red refused to kick this individual out who was hitting my son and his friends in the face. We were there for my son's birthday party. The manager said he would address the problem, but after him speaking with the ref, the older kid continued to stay in the dodgeball court. Our party host was wonderful and offered a private dodgeball game. I feel this should have been offered by the manager.

We had an issue with a young boy on the beam that you try to throw someone off. He jumped in even though there was a line and already 2 people playing. He hit with a fist one of the 7 he old girls that was in it. There was no one monitoring this area and I couldn’t find someone around or parent to assist
